We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do.

  • Contact our customer service center by calling us 0301-9528896 between 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, Monday till Friday, or email us images of the defective products at support@tms.pk
  • Option 1: By Courier
  • Call our customer service representative at 0301-9528896 so we can arrange a pickup for your product.
  • Exchange & Refund is possible
  • Carefully repack the merchandise making sure all tags are intact, the product is unused, and the receipt is included.
  • Hand over the product to the courier agent sent by the Brand.
